Wow, I cannot beleive we spent 5 weeks at the Chateau, the time flew by...yes we worked hard, (New stall rails and sun shade for the stables - reorganising work shop - building new section of 1st floor, making it a functional room with new bespoke shelving for all their tools - moving and installing shelving units - painting - completly refurbishing the ground floor of the workshop) we got alot done but boy did we have fun. Tracey and Simon are great people and we really enjoyed our time with them, lots of fun days filled with music, laughter and good food/wine.
We fell in love with all the animals, Yoda was a great companion, Lola was quiet as overshadowed by Luna who was very vocal, she loved to dance and always wanted attention - lots of head tickles. Merlin and Foukie were gentle giants and we loved tending to them every day - feeding, watering and walking them out into the field or chateau grounds.

After first clearing out the area of tools on the mezzaine we built an extension on the first floor with shelving and safety rails. Next we installed kit shelves for the large power tools and used the bespoke shelving and racks for battery tools, nails, scews, drill bits, ironmongery etc., there is a designated section for everything,
Next, we cleared the ground floor ready for remodelling and utilizing the space. We painted walls built new shelves, completly dismantled, remodelled and rebuilt the work bench. Re-organised, labelled shelves and drawers and sored everything in its place
