Briards, Chappie and Maggie , brother and sister. Our first time looking after this breed and  we thought they were just great. Chappie was very vocal  and always let you know when it was time for snacks, he would not stop until he had his quota and he knew exactly how much he was allowed to eat, 2 carrots at midday and 2 apples and a carrot after dinner in the evening. Maggie was quieter as she knew her brother would  make sure treats were not forgotten. ...

Bangkok, Thailand

We enjoyed 6 days looking after Biscuit and Taco for Amy, Trish and Violet in their lovely apartment in Bangkok.They are two very different charaters but both really loveable and enjoy lots of human contact.Biscuit the older of the two is the boss and keeps a close eye on Taco the mischeivous kitten. Biscuit always has one eye open and knows exactly what's going on. Taco gets into and onto everything . They just loved being sat with us on the sofa and they had their favourite spots on the bed :)...

Wolvercote, Oxford

We looked after Seki for Paul and Angela in their lovely home again for a week . Seki remembered us and we were welcomed as soon as we walked in. She chattered constantly and sat on one of us every chance she had. This visit she was able to venture out in the garden with me, so I had a constant companion while tending to the plants in the greenhouse.She is such a beautiful Tonkinese housecat ...

St Paul de Jarat, France Chateau Labat

Wow, I cannot beleive we spent 5 weeks at the Chateau, the time flew by...yes we worked hard, (New stall rails and sun shade for the stables - reorganising work shop - building new section of 1st floor, making it a functional room with new bespoke shelving for all their tools - moving and installing shelving units - painting - completly refurbishing the ground floor of the workshop)  we got alot done but  boy did we have fun. Kerfourn, France

We arrived at Pip and Alan's lovely home (one of the oldest in the village, with an historical connection to WWII there garden being on the crossroads in the village made for a good look out and here was a sentry point with machine gun and the platform is still there) in Kerfourn a small village near Pontivy. We were invited back to Tooting for a third time, we were delighted to be looking after Polly and Nelson again.....Little Polly still going strong at the age of 22 bless her is so alert and adores company and her food :)...

We loved looked after these two rescue dogs that the owners had bought home from Cyprus, we can only imagine the abuse these two went through, they had such sad little faces and some medical issues. ...

We looked after Terry for a week who had recently lost his partner June so he was very quiet and subdued. He loved the company and the knowing we were there and stayed near us in the house, sleeping under our bed each night. He was a funny thing, he had his own chipped cat flap with steps in and out of the house but when we were in the kitchen hewould insist on being let in/out, he would not use the cat flap he just sat at the patio door to be let in and out :)...

Cassie was such a mischeivous fun loving puppy we had to have eyes in the back of our heads keeping an eye on her. Missing shoes, socks etc., She was just so adorable.She loved her walks over the meadow and park and any water she saw (puddles, ditches, clean or dirty) was instantly jumped into - playtime!We had great fun looking after her....

Summertown, Oxford

Basil was a docile character, full of love. He was such a good boy, very well behaved on the lead walking around his neighbourhood.He loved the car ride and once in the park he was a different dog he never stopped chasing the ball, he loved it....Ged's arm was aching from constantly throwing the ball for him :)...

We had such a chilled time with this lovely lady, Seki, she was so affectionate and just loved sitting on our laps or around our necks....and she never stopped talking, just chatted to us all the time. She was a joy to look after....

We were asked to house sit again for Teresa and Stu to look after Nelson and Polly... we just couldnt' refuse to look after them again. We had great fun over the common with Nelson and  have lots of cuddles from Polly who is still going strong at the age of 22!!...

We were lucky to look after Stu and Teresa's beautiful home in a lovely part of London, the location was great, the front door opened up onto Tooting Common. We had some great walks over the common and surrounding areas with Nelson and we met lots of dogs and their owners. There was quite a gathering every morning and afternoon for chats and playtime. ...

Trelawny Jamaica

We had a great time in this Jamacian village, with Max in Penny's home. We took great care of Max and enjoyed our walks in the village and our drives out to the beach, he was a bit of a celebrity with the local children, although that cant' be said for the goats and pigs that roamed freely - they stayed clear of him!!  We were really made to feel welcome by the locals and spent a few evenings sat outside Elaine's shop with friends enjoying a beer listening to some great  reggae music&n...
